Proposed Delta State Electronic Traffic Solution System

Sammoric Industries (Nig.) Ltd and her partner Dealcity Limited with the Delta State Traffic Management Authority (DESTMA) and the Ministry of Transport, awaits approval from the Delta State government for the role-out of the Electronic Traffic Solution System.

Phase 1, involves registration of all the vehicles in the state.

Phase 2, is the enforcement stage and the introduction of E-Traffic equipment and road signs.

GOAL: The project will focus on the effort to turn a known negative vice of motorist, of defiantly defiling traffic regulations, into a positive and productive gesture of generating revenue to the state government but with the final aim of instilling discipline amongst our motorists thus creating a friendly and accident free motor way.

This project will engage the use of sophisticated Electronic Traffic devices ranging from high powered mega pixel surveillance cameras, handheld devices, radar detecting equipment plus conspicuously and strategically located road traffic signs which includes parking prohibition, school children crossing, stop at intersection, no stopping and observe speed limit signs for the proper control of traffic flow on major roads and intersections in major cities across the State.
